Research on the Training of Innovative Applied Talents in the Field of Cyberspace Security and Law Enforcement under the Background of New Engineering

摘要网络安全与执法专业是一门新兴的公安技术类专业,在国家新工科建设背景下,专业建设应该以培养满足公安系统网络安全保卫工作需要的创新型应用人才为目标。分析网络安全与执法专业人才需求,按照公安院校教学特点,整合资源优化课程体系,突出职业特色,强调应用性和实战性;做好实战型师资培养,建立多渠道、多方面合作育人机制;通过技能认证、赛训结合提升学生职业技能,建立一套“知识传授、技能强化、职业塑造”的网络安全与执法人才培养模式。
The major of cyberspace security and law enforcement is a new major of public security technology in public security universities.Under the background of national new engineering construction,the major construction should aim at cultivating innovative applied talents to meet the needs of the cyberspace security in the public security system.Efforts shall be made to analyze the needs of network security and law enforcement professionals,integrate resources and optimize the course system according to the teaching characteristics of public security colleges and universities,and highlight professional characteristics,emphasize the characteristics of application and practicality;train the practical instructors,establish the multi-channel and multi-faceted cooperative education mechanism;improve the students’professional skills through skill endorsement,competition and training,establish the personnel training mode of cyberspace security and law enforcement major characterized as“imparting knowledge,strengthening skill and shaping career”.
