Fedora has released security update for php-phpmailer to fix the vulnerability.

CVE-2016-10033:-To exploit the vulnerability an attacker could target common website components such as contact/feedback forms, registration forms, password email resets and others that send out emails with the help of a vulnerable version of the PHPMailer class. CVE-2016-10045:- Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the targeted system.

Fedora has issued updated packages to fix this vulnerability. Updates can be installed using the yum utility, which can be downloaded from the Fedora Web site.
