MySQL Local Credentials Disclosure Vulnerability

MySQL is an open-source relational database management system (RDBMS) for Linux and Windows.

MySQL installed on Windows system stores user supplied credentials in plaintext in memory.

Affected Versions:
MySQL version 5.5.45, Older versions may also be affected

A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to retrieve database username and password from memory.

The vendor has not released the patch yet. Please contact MySQL to fix this issue.
